Definicja
- Een persistente identificatiecode die wordt gebruikt om objecten uniek te identificeren, gestandaardiseerd door de International Organization for Standardization (ISO). De ontwikkelaar en beheerder van het DOI-systeem is de International DOI Foundation (IDF), die het in 2000 heeft ingevoerd.
